Refund policy

We are delighted to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry. Because most of our pieces are handmade to order especially for you, we kindly ask that you review this policy carefully before finalizing your selection.

1. Eligibility Window & Condition

  • Notification Window: You must notify us of your intent to return an in-stock or made-to-order item within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Shipment Timeline: Once you receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping label, the item must be shipped back to us within 5 business days.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of having been worn, used, or damaged. Items must include all original packaging and documentation. Scratched or worn items will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

2. Return Authorization (RA) Process

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization.

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us via email at orders@annakikue.com  to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping label.

  • Items returned without a valid RA number will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to the sender at their expense.

3. Refunds and Fees

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. For items returned after this window, a refund to the original payment method is subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Store Credit: A full refund may be issued in the form of store credit, according to your preference, with no restocking fee deducted (though original shipping costs are still non-refundable).

  • Exchanges: Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate your desired exchange item when requesting your RA number. The customer is responsible for any price difference.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received, inspected, and approved your return for the funds or store credit to be issued.

4. Final Sale & Exclusions

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances:

  • Custom-designed or personalized pieces.

  • Items with engraving.

  • Specific items noted as Final Sale on the product page (e.g., certain ring sizes, limited edition pieces, archive items).

  • Products purchased during sale events (e.g., holiday sales).

  • Any item that is noted as not being resizable or repairable.

5. Shipping & Insurance

  • Domestic Returns: We will provide a return shipping label. In the event of a valid return, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • International Returns: Return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to their original order. These fees are non-refundable.

  • Insurance/Liability: We are not responsible for packages once they are in transit back to our studio. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service to cover your package against loss, theft, or damage, as we do not refund items lost or damaged in transit.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

  • If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at orders@annakikue.com within 14 days of delivery. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-designed, personalized, or engraved pieces, as these are made to your specifications. Final Sale items are also excluded.
  • Return shipping costs for EU withdrawals are the customer's responsibility.
